AI generated NFT fortune cookies at Snark.art

Another cool idea from our friends at Snark.art: The project 'Burn before reading' "begins with the offering of 10,000 blockchain-based 'fortune cookies'. Opening the fortune cookie unlocks a poem at the moment of opening, generated by an author that is part artificial intelligence, part anonymous artist, known to us as 'Mr. Fox'." You can claim up to two cookies via the snark.art website. And in case you decide to open your cookie, the poem is dispalyed on the accoring twitter account. Go for it!

pixEOS gallery & wider universe

pixEOS was established in 2018 and focused on several rare digital art projects since then. The current collection of dAPPs covers a digital canvas for collaborative painting named "Paint FE", and the "Avatar Maker" which pixelates your image. (The "My pixEOS" shop through which some pixEOS artists sell apparel is a cool feature, too). The latest and by now most important update is "The Grand pixEOS Art Gallery". The pixEOS crew worked on the gallery over the last year and is now proudly presenting an alternative to the already established markets for digital artists. The gallery is now open and can be accessed via the catchy URL gallery.pixeos.art. Check it out!

Austrian Post's "Crypto Stamps"

Crypto Stamps

Austrian Post launched "Crypto Stamps", which are available as physical stamps in Austrian Post's online shop, or as digital stamps through their OnChain-Shop. The physical version (edition of 150.000) is connected to it's digital NFT equivalent, and each stamp comes with a wallet address which contains the NFT. As for the digital stamps, which can be bought via the OnChain Shop: According to the data available via the shop and the wallet address, digital stamps are limited to about 500. Once only 100 are left, they increase in price. By the time writing this note, there are only 56 pieces available, and the price of the next stamp is set to 187.38 EUR. As both, physical and digital stamps are (connected to) NFTs, they are unique, can be collected, traded, and their provenance can be tracked.

Drone Graffiti

Drone Graffiti

A combination of street art and blockchain - two of our absolute favorite topics? What a blast! People of the Drone Graffiti Project set themselves two goals: One is to fight ephemerality of urban artworks by storing them in a public distributed ledger. Second is to install collaborative artworks by help of drones and backed by blockchain technology on public spaces. Wow!
